People Magazine named Johnny Depp this year's "Sexiest Man Alive." This is the second time the 46-year-old actor made the annual list. Depp's first time as the coveted title was in 2003, which makes Depp the first guy to be "Sexiest Man Alive" twice in the same decade. In addition to Depp, actors Brad Pitt and George Clooney are the only other actors to be named twice, respectively. Oprah Winfrey announced at the end of her Friday show in Chicago that she will end her long-running talk show "The Oprah Winfrey Show" on September 9, 2011. The date will mark her 25th year anniversary on the air. Of why she chose to end her show at season 25, Winfrey said: "Twenty-five years feels right in my bones and it feels right in my spirit." People Magazine reported that Winfrey's future plans include the launch of her upcoming cable channel called the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
TLC's "Jon and Kate Plus 8" is officially ending its run on television on Monday, November 23. In a preview for the series finale, Kate Gosselin called the end of the show, "too soon." The reality series is currently at the center of a lawsuit between the network and Jon Gosselin. According to Radaronline.com, TLC is suing Jon for breach-of-contract while Jon is countersuing TLC for $5 million, claiming the network ruined his reputation, causing him to miss out on business endeavors.
Model Joanna Krupa and dancing partner Derek Hough were eliminated on the semi-finals on the ninth season of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." R&B singer Mya, pop singer Donny Osmond, and reality-star Kelly Osbourne will compete for the trophy ball on this week's season finale.
Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill, 30, confirmed on his Twitter page that he married his girlfriend, singer Jessie Baylin on Nov.14. "I woke up with a married woman in my bed this morning. Luckily she was mine," Tweeted Followill. Baylin, 25, also Tweeted on her page, "It's official. Allow myself to introduce myself: Mrs. Jessie B. Followill : )"
People Magazine reported that Victoria's Secret supermodel Adriana Lima gave birth to her first child, daughter Valentina on Nov. 15 in New York City. She and husband basketball player Marko Jaric were married on Valentine's Day this year in Wyoming.
Nicole Fox, 18, became the first ever petite winner of "America's Next Top Model" on the show's 13th cycle, standing at 5 feet, 7 inches. Along with the title, Fox also won a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl, a "Seventeen" magazine cover and photo spread, and will be managed by Wilhemina Models.
In other reality show winner news, Lifetime's "Project Runway" crowned its sixth winning designer, Irina Shabayeva. Her prizes included a trip to Paris, France, a Marie Claire magazine spread, and $100,000 to design her own clothing line.
NBC said that next year's Primetime Emmys will take place on August 29, 2010. In previous years, the show was broadcasted in the third week of September.

Billboard.com reported that Bon Jovi's CD "The Circle" is number one on the Billboard 200, selling 163,000 copies. It's the New Jersey band's eleventh studio album and their fourth to reach the top of the chart.
Billboard also reported that Jay-Z and Alicia Keys' salute to New York collaboration "Empire State of Mind" is number one on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song marks Jay- Z 's (real name Shawn Carter) first number one song off one of his own albums (The Blueprint 3). Carter previously reached the top spot on three singles, only as cameos including: his wife, Beyonce's "Crazy in Love", protégé Rihanna's "Umbrella," and Mariah Carey's "Heartbreaker." As for Keys, this is her fourth overall number one hit and second duet to reach number one, her first being Usher's "My Boo" in 2004.
